    Surely the board must have a good idea by now of what parts of Neptune they intend to sell. When will they announce this to the market. One ship should certainly go. This whole business of a cap raising just doesnt make sense really. Something is not adding up at all. If the ROV Supporter is still doing nothing in Singapore get rid of it and put some money in the bank.
