He probably did. It just seems these election promises we get tantalizingly told are "just around the corner" or being tendered for "robustly" are just that. When they don't materialise no one gets called to task or to provide any explanation why they were mentioned and were not executed.

You say a 150 Million Dollar Qatar project in the wings with the pen raised to sign the contract. So when? and when it doesnt happen we just move on??

We have been promised major awards pending for the last six months and nothing to date of any consequence has been announced. Rudd tried this and look where it got him....
