I have just be going through the report again

BRM seem to be extremely confident with the wording in the report.

One point that really stands out is the appointment of the Project manager to oversee the DFS and construction activities.

Im not sure what order that things should happen but im sure WRs does, for the company to talk about a project manager to oversee the construction activities can only draw one conclusion.

It seems as though he has the cat in the bag but just hasnt let it out(rail,port and oftake) why else would they be using such bold language or am i reading to much into it.

High degree of confidence on the companys behalf in this latest report.
