You will receive the dividend as long as you own the shares on the record date. Due to the 3 day lag between the trade and actual settlement that actually means you can sell at any time after the ex-dividend date (25th Aug 2011 for this dividend) and you will be eligible for the dividend.
Just be aware that the shares usually drop by an amount very similar to the dividend so what you gain in div you'll probably lose in capital unless you wait for the share price to regain some of the lost ground.
