As you said the bizarre thing about these recent class actions is that the shareholders are effectively suing themselves. You would think it should be the board of directors that are accountable particularly in the case of QBE which has disappointed over and over again. Has the buyback been stopped? The updates haven't been coming through in the past few weeks.
