QBE is oversold IMHO. World will not come to an end in the Government shutdown should it come to that. Linking uncertificated immigrants to a spending bill and Government finance shows how wacky Washington has become but insurance will not end.
People need insurance, more premiums, better earnings and better SP ahead for QBE IMHO.
