Nyc - i do agree with your comments re QBE management. just making a point about buybacks. I think the QBE board are up there with our best on the ASX. Not sure how active Frank O'Halloran still is but he is on the Board and has i think nearly 50 years in the insurance industry. QBE is just a casualty of the perfect storm , High $A, low USA interest rates and either a stuffed international economy or pessimistic world view or both. Happy to ride this out and keep buying when i can
