Not a capital raising at all.
Mngt announced at 1H results, they they want to pay off expensive senior debt expiring this month with hybrid convertible debt which can be partly classified as equity capital.
This type of debt allows them to write more business without raising more equity to meet regulatory metrics.
Positive news.
