sandune are you on about the up & coming ruling on the WTC that may be classed as 2 seperate disasters in which case QBE {which has not set aside enough to cover the one claim} will more then likely have to payout double or a lot more because re-insurers are broke ,i agree there is something smelly about QBE & BRW has opened the can of worms
