This dog of a stock has NVR given any real returns to anyone....I laugh every time I C this stock hammered. Same spin by mngt for decades, "normalised" "not withstanding" the same nonsense rhetoric...
how patient investors must be here.... opportunity cost way to high to bother with this dog. No matter how brilliant basics they go, COR never improves but keeps getting worse, even with sth america sale, nothing's changed....
