QBE nearly got me convinced too on the false BO back in May. Got in early-12's and out in mid-11's for a small loss. QBE is LT bearish and may look good again if it bottoms out in the 7's but I wont be fooled again on any false BO. This is one share to be very wary of. GLTH.
