I know back in June QBE said their UNDERWRITING risk was limited. But with them being specifically named now in the lawsuit, are QBE now at risk of being hit for more. Any lawyer types able to answer this for me?
(have been thinking of grabbing some longterm investment stocks in QBE but too scared.)
