The company made it very clear what the SPP terms would be - if you didn't do the simple math and wait till the final moment before making your decision to participate, you probably shouldn't be playing the stock market.
I've said it before: People need to quit sooking that they didnt get their full bags worth - you could have bought as much as you liked on market when the share price tanked pre SPP - it seems people are just angry that they wont make the instant $3-4 profit.
Suck it up and move on.
