Can someone please shed some light as to what's going on with QBE's share price.
They have had a number of positive announcements lately ie
Sale of US Agency Businesses
Group Credit Rating Confirmed by AM Best Outlook Revised - Negative” to “Stable
Tender Offer for Senior Notes due 2015 - increased
Retirement of US$500M Convertible Subordinated Debt Notes
Other positives for QBE
Drop in Australian dollar
Increase in dividend
Aussie interest rates to drop and US rates to increase in 2015 - This is icing on the cake
and yet the price falls while aussie market rises I don't get it.
If the market works by looking at future prospects surely QBE should be shinning bright yet its been a dog of a stock...any thoughts greatly appreciated
