If you contact the company and fill out a form outlining an amount and price you are looking to trade at they will give you a list of sellers and you contact them directly and work out the deal with them. I believe qbiotics will withhold the transfer form until the seller notifies that funds have been received.

Yes that does help, thankyou.

Also, once you do make a transaction, what evidence do you have that you own the shares. Do you login to the company website or just receive a document of ownership?
