    Qbiotics is a disclosing entity because they've issued a prospectus. So if you have a look at Corps Act s675 and Regulatory Guide 198 you'll see that they should be updating information as soon as practicable, not when convenient or when it suits the company secretary and the 2 high powered legal counsel on the payroll.

    With the ASX being under fire for continuous disclosure breaches and a common thread in the former Chairman of both it wouldn't surprise me if ASIC weren't already investigating them.

    I mean try telling a judge that the last sale being completed at $1.50 isn't material information to someone who just sold at 75 cents.

    I don't know why this lot think they are above the law.
