You have to wonder if the 3 departed directors were a handbrake on shareholder communications? Or alternatively the remaining directors are keen to make it look like that. Either way, it good to see that continuous disclosure obligations and shareholder communication seem to have been reprioritised to try to avert a likely ugly shareholder uprising at the next AGM. Let's hope that the positive news flow continues.
