What on earth does the Board think can be accomplished moving a key person aside and leaving the CEO role in a vacuum at such a critical moment in the company's evolution without an orderly handover. Who is thinking about the risk of executing the plan now?
Is this the outcome of the strategic review that was promised because a properly thought out review would have the ducks lined up and that hasnt happened it seems. If this is delivery of some half-assed plan by the former Chairman and his stooges then they should probably be hosed out and some proper experience pharma leaders replace them.
