Sorry thought it was $100M - $200M, so picked in the middle.
Using $120M for IPO will leave Qbiotics with 480M shares.
It has little impact on the SP and MC numbers
$2 SP will give a MC of $960M
$4 SP will give a MC of $1.9B
$10 SP will give a MC of $4.8B
