Moore is a great get. says a lot. The distal effects thing (even if just local distal effects) is pretty wild if it becomes a thing. I know some of us think there could have been an errant jab (lol) but if you look at the photos it's pretty clear IMO that the tumour with the anenestic response hasn't been injected. It has a very different tumour vascular destruction compared to the other injected tumours and the surface of the skin remains unbroken. That particular patient was unique in that they had multiple tumours located close by. There may be other explanations for it but I'm keeping an open mind.
