Without a big pharma partner Qbiotics would never be able to effectively market and distribute the drug as they have no global network of distributors or marketing, it's just the unavoidable cost of business.
A drug is worthless if no one knows anything about it and can't get hold of it.
Personally I couldn't care less if Virbac immediately disclose the history of the drug, I sit pretty either way.
