Agreed that it's early days, but stories like that are worth keeping an eye on.

I'd expect that the current management are on top of it and aren't in a distressed enough situation for it to occur, but it's not altogether unusual for small, promising companies to have the screws turned by their "distributor" who intentionally doesn't sell anything and then buys them out for cheap.

From what I've seen of the deal though this isn't that, and Virbac seem genuine so far in their efforts.
