Brutal all right. Those pics are worth many thousands of words, especially those of the healing process of gaping wounds, some exposing bone. MCTs are ravaging and lethal. However, TT is lethal to MCTs.
Imagine if TT just killed tumours leaving behind those horrifying wounds. They don't look like they can be healed. The miraculous aspect to TT is that it also then heals these wounds, which augurs well for the wound healing project.
I wonder if the semi synthetic analogue, attaching a methyl group to TT I think, greatly amplifies the wound healing effect. I used to dabble in flavour chemistry, and the addition of a methyl group can increase potency by over 10x. Getting technical here, an example : Ethyl butyrate (pineapple like odour) 1 ppb, Ethyl Methyl Butyrate 0.1 ppb.
