Had exactly the same thing happen, just got it all in order recently. Ended up calling Link Market Services to let them know I didn't ever receive my QGLU SRN. They'll post a new holdings statement out in the mail.
Heads up: They have a 10 day block on outgoing mail when you change address, so if you need to update it with them, do that first (can use the QBIC SRN for this part on LinkMarketServices.com.au, as you should see the QGLU ones there alongside them but with the SRN starred out - can still access though to change address) and then call them after those 10 business days are up.
