    I would not say who is benefit from who. I reckon it is 50 and 50, and they are mutually beneficial.

    If both of the 2 companies had not seen any potential benefits, they would not have collaborated.

    Think about 2 questions. Why M needs Q when M is able to continue to earn billions of dollars? and Why Q needs M?
