Yes, great points. Still investigating how TT works. There is more evidence of the distal effects with treatments of MCTs. So many reports of unexpectedly extensive wounds. TT seeking out distal cancerous cells. Important to establish that its TT thats doing this rather than say Keytruda in the current melanoma trials.
