This phase 3 trial involves immunotherapy treatment of head and neck cancers. Not keytruda I think but similar class of drugg, anti PD-1
Treatment is again promising but has been stated as being 'not statistically significant'. Instead deemed clinically significant. Difference for those interested
'In medical terms, clinical significance (also known as practical significance) is assigned to a result where a course of treatment has had genuine and quantifiable effects. Broadly speaking, statistical significance is assigned to a result when an event is found to be unlikely to have occurred by chance'
Treating cancer is hard going, no guarantees. Like we don't know that already
