Doesn't really matter. Come back in 12 months and rattle the cage again. Cold hard external reality is that now would be a terrible time to list, one of the worst of the last decade.
Weathering these biotech famine times in the public markets are how they all end up with 1-2 billion shares a piece. Company should focus on growing revenue and progressing trials, thankfully somewhat insulated from the mood swings.
