    He can't sell because there are no buyers willing to pay a reasonable price - and that isn't his fault but probably a function of the capability of the management team he criticises.

    @SilverSpoon he paid his money to buy into the dream and now feels he's being treated with contempt and has been duped. It's not uncommon amongst the shareholder group and you, the Board, the founders, and the management team should be holding a mirror to yourselves and asking WHY?
