MY best guess is No.
I would think that the full measure of 12months would be at least necessary.
I would think early-mid 2016 a better guess, which would time well into the bauxite prices rising.
What do i base that on.
I have asked the company in email, on EIS and permitting. There is your starting point.
The company wont do the EIS, they would use specialized consultants who do it on their behalf.
But seemed to think that the applications could be ready to submit first half of 2015, so maybe they have some idea of degree of it all.
is their case any easy one? i dont know, but presume it so. Free digging, where farmers already plow.
Its Bauxite, not uranium.
What follows from that? mining planning, capital items. perhaps some port stockpile areas preparation.
Does that take the full 12m? probably. and then into 2016.
Not long in the scheme of things. Its getting each de-risk phase ticked off, that will allow the share price and company valuation to steadily change from the spec perception, to one getting the the right sector advantage.
