    Good post and honesty.

I see a few short-comings. First off, you cannot submit an EIS without atleast a PFS and you won't get one without a clear plan for reject/waste disposal, maintenance and truckwash facilities clearly designed for environmental containment, fuel usage bunding and containment and a plan to redirect/relocate creeks where they interact with the mining boundaries. Which across your 9km2 I'd say there are a few.

Secondly, I'll let you know now that if a creek is deemed (which you can find from the links I posted earlier) to be 'life containing' you won't be able to mine there. You'll need an environmental specialist to go through your proposed mining plan and pit dimensions then submit the permitting post PFS.

You can do some of this parallel mind you, so there is that positive, however I haven't heard of a mine go from first resource to mining in less than 2 years, and most time its 3-4.

Ring the agencies I listed and ask for their thoughts. It would be worth your time.
