I disagree there HC. Most permitting can be done in 3-4 years as they are all done parallel and the state departments don't rely or talk to eachother. Each is an independant assessment.

I was giving a benefit of the doubt on the 2 years fast pass as if they don't have blasting then atleast some of the concerns (dust, safety etc) are removed however they don't have a pit design based on their JORC or any sort of plan or contingency environmentally yet, so even starting the permitting is 6 months away minimum.
