maybe you don't believe it but the other 20 million or more  traders on the planet do

what do you think commercial shorters/professional traders use as a target to cover if the shorting is outweighing the buying  ? they will go towards that target and only or start to cover beforehand if they get a strong reversal bar on the way down where buyers outweigh sellers (this is generalised not in this instance)

but the target is the gap don't forget you are all playing against pros (note I don't think the gap will necessarily fill myself just here but I'm not playing it seems a bit extreme) possibly at some other point though it may fill
