Installing a director that's not connected (related) to the current board, that can oversee the integrity of the business plan is a worthwhile objective. It can't happen fast enough as far as I'm concerned.
Although as shareholders we wouldn't have direct insight, having a dirctor we know we can trust on the inside would be a load off my mind.
