My response from the ASX was verbal so it's difficult to substantiate our conversation regarding my complaint.

They did say in non specific terms that the ASX does not maintain a suspension if all their requests for information have been fulfilled.

The claim in the announcement that the ASX were the cause of the delay may not have been true. The ASX refused to confirm or deny this accusation by the company.

I am always concerned when people assign responsibility for their actions to others.
