**UPDATE**

So far we have had just over 8m in shares offered up to evoke an EGM (this includes my holdings and those of my family members).

Admittedly, I am suprised that given the many complaints on this forum about the variety of issues with the structure, make up of the board and communication of the company that there have not been more respondants.

I know many still have faith that the impending deal will happen 'soon', but my gut feel is that there is something seriously wrong happening and that unless shareholders step up we may be in limbo for quite some time.

At the very least I would expect shareholders to see the sence in forming an alliance so that all the power in this company isn't concentrated in the hands of a small family group.

Let's see how people respond after another week of 'soon'.
