It is clear today, as it has been for months, that many shareholders are not at all impressed with the progress of this company. The history and reputation of the current executive directors give cause for minor shareholders like me to be very concerned about the real prospect of this business ever turning a profit.

I will then evoke an EGM.
At the EGM I will be putting forward one motion.
That an independent auditor be appointed to analyze all the financial transactions for the past 5 years.
