I think the biggest thing with the email to Frewak is that Sholom contacted him and not the other way around. This ensures Sholom is very aware of shareholders feelings and I would hope that during the recompliance all non complying matters in the Corporate Governence Statement and the non independence of the board as well as direct answers as to payments and loans to any and all directors whether directly or indirectly through third parties are fully dealt with and explained to everyones satisfaction.
