@Frewak I too find your response to this odd.
While I personally don't have an issue with you pursing your right to call an EGM, as a holder I don't know why
A-you did not identify yourself and
B- did not want to meet with Sholom when he had asked you to.

I would like to offer an alternate view point. If you are not willing to announce yourself to Managment then how do they actually know that you are a shareholder? How do they know you do in fact hold 2 million shares?

With reports of the shareprice being shorted you can understand why you now look like you potentially have a hidden agenda which I have no doubt is not how you intended to come across as.
