I dunno??? Perhaps I just don't get it .......Trying to organise an EGM when a newly listed QBL will have many more directors...why not wait & tell or ask the newbies if you/they have issues then?
Sure mistakes have been made....but what is the bigger picture? Where is the value in QBL? Is it Bauxite or Hemp? I can tell you I did not get in for the Bauxite! Would you agree the bauxite has little value in the current SP?
Plenty here to tell us how bad management (I agree in part with private companies owned by directors providing services & some of the ludicrous reactions to posters on here (& we all make mistakes in the emotion of things)) however that is the speckie world & even though there are some legitimate questions that require answers, I just don't see the noise around these things as a major issue in a new company with more directors about to come on board (to keep the other b@stards honest you would hope)
Why would they agree to take shares in a "lifestyle company"? I'm thinking it has more to do with the work in putting together the right people & the right assets that could actually create a new listing with a winning formula for the space they are working in. Anyway, I would hope the new directors would quickly resolve any particular issues or conflict of interests they might have there ..if they exist!
My focus & what I would love to see more discussion on is on what you think about the new entity if successful & stuff like:
Who is Andrew Kavasalis & what does his experience bring? Seed bank since 2001?
Why did Algae Tec (ASX:AEB) agree to give MCL up to 19.9% of its company equity for access to MCL’s seed bank for the development of veterinary products? MCL is currently a 15% shareholder in AEB.
Where should/would the new listing stand in comparison to its peers on the asx with current pipeline of opportunity/relationships & portfolio of assets/licenses? Might there actually be some value in QBL? as I'm assuming there should be IMO with an existing Seed bank, the further gaining of licenses etc. & future pipeline of activity since the "Transformational announcement".
