On a personal level we all know Prinia is getting on in years. She will want to leave a legacy that sustains her family for generations to come. Sholom is a young man who needs this to work too. Beside the obvious reasons there is that strong human emotion for it to become successful, pride. We all really don't know how much time and effort they have both put into this over the last 12 months. I work up to 120 hrs a fortnight and know how much that impacts negatively on my personal life. In fact I am now single because of it. I wouldn't be surprised if they do well in excess of this. Why would they put all this effort in just to maintain their current lifestyle. They wouldn't do it if they were happy with the status quo.
Shows to me that while their current lifestyle sustains them it is not the lifestyle they desire.
This is motivation enough in itself for success.
