"Go to the AGM vent your thoughts and IF the answers are not to your liking then perhaps see if there is any additional appetite for an EGM. If you call for an EGM without raising the issues at the AGM then I think your credibility in calling for an EGM would be lessened.
I am happy to support you if things get really bad but I cant see that happening in the short term. Give management a couple more quarters to get some traction and scale imo."

Absolutely right PeaceOut!

It's a new venture with many promises of income producing businesses. We need to see their plans & KPI's to achieve success with all of them within set periods once the transition is completed & like PeaceOut if we don't see any traction in the next 2-3 Q's then I will throw mine in too!
