So are you proposing an audit or something different? I have years of audit experience so I am not sure what you wish to see. A 're-audit' should not bring out any material defiencies or ongoing problems, if the auditors have been doing a decent job. If you have reason to believe they have not, totally different issue. If you want to attempt to call an EGM, I would suggest you would need to give more thought to expressing clearly what you want.
