I don't mean to be rude but I have to be very blunt here.
They are already audited by an INDEPENDENT AUDITOR. It is part of ASX guidelines.
Are you seriously going to be putting forward that motion as the primary issue?
If I was the current auditor and this was serious i'd be putting my legal team to work to close even the notion of such a request very quickly because it seems you are trying to tie the current auditors in some kind of conspiracy.
