I am very grateful for all the minor holders who have emailed to demonstrate their support for change. Shocked that larger holders haven't at least attempted contact.

What is apparent is that many of the people with optimistic outlooks on this forum really don't have much on the line, so see me as just causing trouble.

For those of us who have made a bigger commitment, this type of action is vitally important to the longevity of this company. Big or small holders will only benefit from the greater certainty that better corporate governance brings. There is nothing wrong with the path this company has headed down initially, that's why I invested, but I think we need somebody involved that has demonstrated a capacity to generate revenue and profits.

The resume of the current executive directors is somewhat blank in this respect; at least for the public companies they have run. I am not at all proposing the complete removal of the current executive directors; on the contrary. Principally their ideas are great. Many a great idea has failed to turn a profit in the wrong hands though.

The right executive director as CEO could steer this ship towards golden shores.

If it's everyone's preference to remain a passive investor then we get the outcome we deserve. People in this forum keep using words like 'luck', like a successful business succeeds as a matter of sheer chance. This is complete nonsense. If you are a novice investor, it's time to mature a bit, look deeper, read more and think harder. Stop treating the ASX like a casino. The saying goes "A fool and his money are soon parted".

    I am nobodies fool.
