I thought this deserved its own post.
Finally all of those who turn to this forum as an outlet for the negativity/ downramping now have a chance to get answers from management directly.

Management launched Facebook page today and will be having dedicated Q&A sessions. There will be no need for anymore guessing or relying on those " good samaritan " posters that we all love so much.
Like and share and for all of you who have issues or questions start talking to management directly.
