Lets be very clear about this.
The APPLICATION for a licence to grow Hemp products may very well be a single page document and may be "EASY TO SUBMIT".
The award of such a licence to any entity is subject to particular scrutiny
The approval is undertaken in accordance with "Narcotic drugs act 1967" legislation (and amendment 2016) and scrutinised by the Federal Office of Drug Control.
However, there is a significant difference between a licence to grow and import hemp products and that of a licence to grow marijuana for medical purposes and that of a licence to manufacture MM products. QBL has the former but neither of the latter.
QBL has a licence to grow and import low THC Hemp; the licence is issued by the NSW DPI (Department of Primary Industries).
QBL does not have a licence to grow medicinal marijuana. The licence is issued by the Australian Federal Office of Drug Control.
QBL does not have a licence to manufacture products associated with medicinal marijuana. The licence is issued by the Australian Federal Office of Drug Control.
