I read their ann coming out of the halt. Listen to all the talk about share holder meetings and votes and then I read that article and just wonder if this direction in the past is all to familiar and similar.

When the family have the controlling stake and there is no independent person on the board and the voting power by the people here really wouldn’t make a difference anyway.

Deletion of that post is hilarious.
