This isn't about Neil. I think his position is ridiculous. It is a totally redundant position if the company follows asx guidelines AND communicates clearly. The management is all over the shop. To be honest some of what Neil posts clarifies other comments are emotive and add nothing to transparency.
They would do well, just to be quiet for a while. Focus on the business. I would suggest separate the business so they focus on either side, MM or mining. And have a clear plan going forward.
They don't need to answer every complaint on hotcopper. They have become almost obsessed. They need to balance between answering legitimate concerns and ignoring crap!
If QBL lawyers won't to do that let them. I am not sure what they will get out of it? Sue some poor shmuck who has a $600 000 dollar mortgage and no money! More trouble than it's worth.
Management need to focus on running the company. If you kick goals the share price will grow. All their responses and even having a position like Neil's just reeks of desperation. It's clear to me that management is lacking something be it someone with a communications focus or a leader who has the maturity to lead rather than follow.

I agree that Neil should be more selective with who he dedicates his time & resources to, critics of his position should not indulge with questions nor receive responses.
As far as legal action is concerned, monitor the situation & if warranted take action I say.
I sincerely hope that detailed records have been documented to date on QBL threads.
