With the hight price of straw and fodda for stock feed at the moment I would be amazed that even if the crop failed for human consumption there would be plenty of money to be made selling to catle farmers. Not one mention of it.

No mention of the textiles industry. No mention of the construction industry. No mention of the bio fuel industry.

So many uses and only one focus.
